A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. On receipt of the deposit, we will send you written confirmation of your booking and details for payment of the outstanding balance. Full payment must be made 45 days before your arrival date at the property. However, if you book less than 45 days before your arrival date, payment of your total accommodation cost must be paid at the time of booking.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must immediately confirm your cancellation in writing If for whatever reason you should decide to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charge will be payable.
