Very bad service as on my arrival getting to my room, the white bed sheet cover had stains but the receptionist at the time called Zandile tried her best and shocked/worried as well on how it came that people who changed the bed couldn't see /noticed that.... She requested another gentleman/colleague to go go to the room and check then change it...The following morning i went out and that was now on Friday, coming back only to find my towels having stains as well and when bringing the towel down to the reception, i waited whilst the receptionist was busy on her cell phone and when she was done...

We found it really strange that there was no shower-option. Not even a hand-held. Both of us prefer showering so this was a bit of an inconvenience.The driver who dropped us off initially did not want to leave us there, stating it was a really bad neighborhood. This was quite disconcerting.The breakfast at the diner left MUCH to be desired! The coffee/cereal station looked worse that some school-camps I've been to. It was messy, there were no teaspoons and it felt very make-shift. The breakfast options were limited and greasy.
