Route 62 B&B is centrally located and within easy reach of good restaurants, the mall, coffee shops and a few wineries that can be visited. The 18-hole, Silverstrand golf course is only three kilometres away and the freeway approximately 500 meters from the guest house.

The whole house is furnished with antique imbuia furniture. The dining room is in the main house and opens onto a private garden area. There are 5 sitting areas with sofas, TV, tea- and coffee stations, as well as a communal fridge and microwave for guests' use.
