The main floor interior floor plan includes a combination laundry room and three-quarter bath, a cozy living room with a freestanding gas fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area, one bedroom with one queen bed and a gas built-in fireplace, as well as one full bathroom. The 2nd floor living area includes a queen futon, a TV, a walk-out balcony, one bedroom with one queen-size bed, and a three-quarter bath En-suite. This vacation property will sleep six to eight guests (Maximum Occupancy Enforced.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

Please Note: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, WIFI service can be affected by atmospheric conditions. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Important Information

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required to reserve. The remaining balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in.

House Rules:
1. We do not accept any bookings starting on December 25th or January 1st.
2. Guest making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age. ID required at time of check-in.
3. Guest is required to endorse a Guest Rental Agreement.
4. Housekeeping services are not available during your stay.
5. A credit card number is required on all rentals as a security/damage deposit and Guest/Cardholder shall be charged for any damages and/or unnecessary housekeeping as per the Guest Rental Agreement.
6. All Guests must be respectful of their neighbors at all times.
7. Quiet Time is from 10:00PM to 8:00AM
