Here, for your exclusive use, is a well-equipped 2-bedroomed house which sleeps up to 6 and has its own private enclosed garden perfect for a family braai. Its back door is a mere 30 m from the communal swimming pool and only 150 m from the Milnerton Beach while Cape Town's city centre is easily reachable just 9 km away.
About a minute's walk from popular Milnerton Beach - great for surfing, wind-surfing, stand-up paddling, long beach walks, picture-postcard views of Table Mountain and Robben Island and spectacular sunsets. Beach towels and beach umbrella supplied
Woodbridge Island is situated directly opposite the entrance to the popular MILNERTON GOLF COURSE - a well-known links course bordered by the ocean on the one side and the Milnerton Lagoon on the other

Room is NOT serviced daily.
For stays of 6 days or more, the room will be serviced approximately every 4th day.
More cleaning services can be organised in advance at R300 per day.
Deposit Policy:
50% deposit payable (by direct electronic bank transfer or credit card) within 48 hours of booking being confirmed by us.
Should transfer not take place, we will assume booking is cancelled.
The remainder of accommodation fee will be payable at least 14 days before receipt of keys (for bank transfers and credit card payments).
All charges for bank transfers for account of guest.
For bookings less than 7 days in advance, 100% deposit required.
PLEASE NOTE:
Under NO circumstances will the keys be handed over unless payment has been received in FULL.
No meals will apply to bookings for this property.
