Our Kendal hotel is down the road from fabulous Sizergh castle and just outside Kendal home of Kendal mint cake. Here you ll find cultural attractions heritage sites and lots of tempting pubs restaurants and tearooms. Clear out the cobwebs on a walk around the stunning Kentmere Horseshoe or on rainy days explore the Museum of Lakeland Life and enjoy a tipple at the Hawkshead Brewery or a concert at the Brewery Arts Centre. All rooms feature a comfy king size bed with four plump pillows and a cosy duvet. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of food and drink choices within a short car journey from the hotel. Useful information Please note there is no lift at this hotel. If you need ground floor accommodation please contact our hotel team who will be able to assist. Due to the roadside location of this hotel some external noise may be heard. Early/Late Check-In/Out Service if you re looking to make the most of your day we can offer an Early Check-In service from 12:00noon and a Late Check-Out Service until 2pm so you have more time to relax - cost is £10 per service per room subject to availability - bookable direct by telephoning the hotel. We are a pet friendly hotel and allow up to 2 domestic pets per stay. This is at an additional charge of £20 per pet per stay.
